Making healing human.

Surgery that doesn’t cut.

Petal is redefining surgery with an intricate interplay of precisely directed sound waves with diseased cells. Our platform uses Acoustic Liquefaction - focused acoustic energy to break down targeted tissue without incisions, heat, or trauma enabling the body to heal itself naturally.

Healing shouldn’t hurt

Surgical complications kill more people each year than HIV, malaria, and tuberculosis combined.*

It’s time.

At Petal, we believe healing should never begin with harm.

We’re pioneering a new kind of surgery. One that doesn’t cut.

Rooted in science. Built for human dignity.

It’s time, to make healing human.

How does Acoustic Liquefaction work?

A new class of focused therapeutic ultrasound that delivers precise, controlled tissue manipulation without incisions, heat, or toxicity.

Targeting

Precisely controlled high intensity sound waves are focused deep inside the body to form a single, predictable vapor cavity.

Treatment

A cloud of small bubbles forms, expands, and collapses in front of the vapor filled cavity, liquefying all the cells in the region.

Removal

The liquefied region is left with non-viable subcellular debris that is naturally absorbed and eliminated by the body.
